Ugh
Well time for the annual cold/flu/sinus infection thing. 2 years ago it was the first weekend of CX season, last year it was later probably mid Oct. This year well end of Sept. No racing for me this weekend which is too bad. There were two races I would of liked to do. Oh well, hopefully I have turned the corner on this one.

Aggghhhh Nooo. Nasty bugs ruining your racing plans, never good. Always do the same to me although oddly on my easy weeks?!
